PUBBL TERMS OF USE

USE OF THIS PUBBL MOBILE APPLICATION (THE "APPLICATION") CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS"), AS SUCH MAY BE REVISED BY PUBBL FROM TIME TO TIME, AND IS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER ("USER") AND PUBBL CORPORATION GOVERNING THE USE OF THE APPLICATION. BY DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THIS APPLICATION USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF USER DOES NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS USER SHOULD UNINSTALL THIS APPLICATION IMMEDIATELY.

1. Eligibility

• The PUBBL staff discount is available to current employees of Laine only

• Staff must be active on payroll at the time of use and have a 100% status on GULP

2. Discount Usage

• The discount is for personal use only

• It must not be:

•     Shared with non-employees

•     Used on behalf of customers or external guests

3. Valid Transactions

• The discount applies to:

•     Drink purchases only

• Maximum of 30x individual uses per month

• Discount of 30% for bar staff and 50% for MP/Head office

• Each transaction must not exceed £30 for bar staff and £50 for MP/Head office per transaction (prior to application of discount)

• It does not apply to:

•     Food franchises

•     special events or ticketed experiences

•     already discounted offers

6. Misuse & Monitoring

• All usage is subject to monitoring

• The company reserves the right to:

•   Withdraw discount access

•    Investigate misuse

Misuse includes (but is not limited to):

• Sharing access or codes

• High-volume or suspicious usage

• Attempting to bypass restrictions or exceeding the maximum transaction value

• Using another member of staff’s discount with or without their knowledge

7. Amendments & Withdrawal

• The company reserves the right to:

    • Amend the discount

    • Suspend or remove access at any time

8. General

• The discount has:

    • No cash value

    • Cannot be exchanged or transferred
